When selecting Forge Kitchen, you are setting the scene for the culinary event of your dreams. Forge Kitchen will come to your home and execute a full culinary experience for you and your guests. We arrive on site to prepare dishes so your guests can see first hand how Chef prepares the meals, or your guests can just sit back, relaxed, and be served by us!

Below you will find a list of our most popular private dining options with brief descriptions

• Seated Plated Meal: This option focuses on you and your guests sitting down and being served a beautiful meal that typically includes an appetizer, entree, and dessert. However, these can be customized to your liking, interested in  two appetizers...why not? Wanting hor dourves served before your guests sit down, we can do that! 
• Seated Family-Style Meal: If you are dreaming of large platters of food being placed for you and your guest to dig into, then this is the option for you. You will be able to serve yourself at your own pace but still have the ability to have access to a large number of dishes, which can often enhance your dining experience. Wanting seconds? With the meal in family style right in front of you, this is a more laid back family experience that still has a elegant flare
• Multi-Course Tasting Menu: This is the most elaborate option that we offer. It is typically a seated plated meal with smaller portion sizes to accommodate the increased number of meals and courses you are being served. This option allows for you and your guests to experience a wide variety of cuisines all in one event
• Buffet Style: This option is most recommended for events where your guests will not be seated and can access food at their own leisurely pace, such as holiday parties. Chef and the host will work together to determine the style of food and desired amount of options to allow for your guests to expand their taste buds with delicious food throughout your event   
• Do you have something else in mind? Such as a unique experience you've thought of or just appetizers? Let us know, and we can make it happen! 

When filling out our inquiry form, you have the option of telling Chef what style of cuisine you would like at your event. From fine dining, Italian, Asian, Latin-American, Chef Alex can do it all. Each host is able to select either a specific cuisine, a mix of many, or they can have Chef Alex take creative freedom to design an exciting seasonal menu (with you giving the 'okay' on the final menu of course).
